The place is clean, yoga class is awesome! Love the track. Jaisa Pratt has 5 stars customer service . Thank you Jaisa for taking care of my personal matter. I had my co worker join the gym because of the yoga classes availability.
The fees charged for personal training is way too high and ending terms are not clearly defined. I understand that 30 day notice is required for membership cancellation but looks like it is for every single service that you avail. I somehow gave an advance notice to my trainer but I extended it in the last day for one more month which was a big mistake. After cancellation, in the next billing cycle I was charged the full amount and when I asked for refund they told me that 30 day notice was not given. Its so difficult to get your money back and this whole personal training program is a way for the gym to cheat and make extra money. Personally I respect my trainer a lot and hence didn't make it a big issue but I hate the way I was treated with regard to this. No courtesy call from the manager. It was my trainer talking to me over text messages. Is this how you would treat your customers? I have also seen cases where people would be fighting with the front desk person to get refund and it makes total sense now. Beware of their contractual terms and have everything recorded in the system. Don't lose your money!!!!!
Always a step ahead of the "Personal health industry " Most fitness establishments are clean and have a friendly staff . The difference here is the knowledge not only that of Peter and Keith " Owners " , but the entire staff. You can literally ask any fitness employee a question and receive the correct answer. "Elite Health and Fitness Center " keeping me healthy for over 20 years! As Peter would say "Get After It" All ages , all levels, and the rehab facility is second to none. Don't take my word for it , try them out and in 20 years you'll be writing the same review I am now!
Signed up for a student membership and was told to calculate how many days I would like to sign up for (minimum 60- maximum 120). Sounded like an amazing deal for a student's budget. End of July comes and was informed by one of the employees that my membership has ended( would like to add that this employee told me in front of other customers which was unprofessional and could of informed me at the front desk OR sent an email). I doubled check with another woman at the front desk who informed me that the days were calculated consecutively not based on the amount of days I would come in which was not what I was told. If I would have known that when signing up I would of choose a different facility. Feeling ripped off and a waste of money Facility is nice and has nice equipment.
My husband and I have been going for about a year and a half. The cost of membership is well worth it. Even when it's busy there's always equipment available. The staff is friendly and approachable. The activity center has saved my sanity since I've been able to leave my son there for a workout. I haven't been able to try many classes other than yoga in the evening but there are many available.
