Owner should really consider fixing the roof on basketball court. Water all over the place. Bound to be costly
I have paid 3 extra fees now everytime being told thats all i have left just to be called a couple of months later with another bill worst customer service not to mention the run down appearance once you walk into the actual fitness area highly recommend taking your buisness somewhere else
Worst experience in a gym I have ever had. The equipment is old and broken down and I had to jump through hoops just to cancel my membership.
So my son had a membership here, he joined Military, has been active duty for three months, and they will not cancel his membership, and no matter what I do they will not stop charging my credit card. I called to try to work out, and they had no one there to discuss, it was Saturday, I asked the person to have manager call me, they honestly said, he doesn't call people, told me to call Thursday 2-5, seriously. Pretty crappy to do I think, not a well run gym, think twice before letting them have your credit card.
