I don't recommend anyone using their services. Per the advice of an employee of Blinds to Go, we had to put down a 50% deposit for the blinds that we chose. We paid for the guy to measure. We went back to pay for the balance. The employee no longer works there. The manager said that they cannot honor the sale price, after we were already told from the original employee that we would get the same price. We ended up getting our money back. It's Blinds to Go 's lost. We took our money elsewhere.
So far so Good. Very easy shopping experience. Picking up Blinds within a couple of days even with the snow storm coming.
They were prompt with both scheduling window measurements as well as for the install. The turn around was within two weeks. Amazing! Much better experience than at other locations that I had visited prior. Very appreciative of their efficiency and kind customer service.
