Ive never been spoken to the way the woman at the desk talked to me today. I walked in looking for a 10 foot truck and was told I shouldve made a reservation and she has nothing then she asks if Im dropping off at another location and I said Im not sure I said that because I did not plan on it but I would if that assured me a truck. Before I could say that she said well i dont know what you need you are suppose to know what you need. ... anyways there ended up being an option available but I left because you couldnt pay me to deal with that rude woman for 30 more seconds.
