I truly enjoyed my stay. Customer service was AWESOME and the room was impeccably clean. I will stay again and I recommend it to others.
Nice place. Very courteous reception. Prompt service when I called about the fridge not working right. Fixed right away. Clean rooms.
Good hotel. Walls a little thin so you can hear a bit, but the hotel guest are quiet. Hotel WiFi is amazing. Bistro burger was bad. Better off going down the street to five guys or even McDonald's.
It saddens me to even give this hotel 2 stars and the only reason why its receiving two stars is because the front desk employees were awesome at trying to accommodate us. Let me start by saying this... the rooms stunk so bad they smelled like old dirty, mildew carpet. They had to switch our room literally 3 times, which that didnt help. The only reason why we did not go to a different hotel is because the majority of the hotels were booked due to the Labor Day weekend or they were extremely over priced. Most of the cleaning staff that we encountered didnt speak english, making it very difficult to convey our needs. The elevator door was broken. This hotel has balconies therefore people will go out on the balcony and smoke. I am not a smoker so I wasnt to happy about the smell. I wouldnt stay at this hotel ever again!
We took a room with 2 queen beds. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Very clean and feels newly renovated. The tub was prepared with fragrant soaps and shampoos. The bistro is available on the first floor for breakfast food and lunch/dinner options. Plan to pay about as much as a restaurant for the meals. Or plan ahead and get a $10 breakfast meal plan for 4. Our bill came up to $34 but was covered by the $10 breakfast plan.
